Technical Issues

FAQ list -- Most technical difficulties have been encountered before, and simple explanations and/or solutions are available among our list of frequently asked questions. (NOTE: questions about the economic structure of the simulation model are covered in the player's manual.)

E-mail support -- when you can't solve it yourself with the help of the FAQ list, send us an email at support@probanker.com. We'll respond as soon as we can. Be sure to include your user name along with a full description of your problem; if relevant, please also indicate when the problem occurred.

Privacy policy -- If you're interested in ProBanker's strict privacy policy, look here. Basically, we make our money by selling simulations, NOT by selling your personal data.

Simulation Behavior

We won't tell you how to complete your assignments or what they mean. However, we do have resources describing how the game works.

Quick Start guide -- The quick start guide provides basic instructions on how to sign up and get started with ProBanker.

Player's manual -- Registered (paid, that is) players are entitled to the full players manual, which includes an in-depth discussion of the game's structure, inputs, and outputs. After you log in, simply click on the [Help] button on the tool bar, and you will get a help browser in which you can download and/or print the manual chapter by chapter, or in its entirety.
