ProBanker respects your online privacy! We recognize its importance to our customers. We collect only the information we feel is necessary and appropriate for the effective use of the game, and we sell none of it to third parties. We do NOT maintain any credit-card or other payment account information after payment has successfully completed.

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our web site, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages customers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages customers access or visit, information volunteered by the customer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. Our bank collects credit-card information for customers who pay by credit card; ProBanker does not. ProBanker itself does NOT maintain credit-card numbers or any other credit information regarding its players, once payment has been confirmed.

The information we collect online is used to improve the content of our web site, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, and is not shared with other organizations for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding their ProBanker course and games. Players' personal profile information in ProBanker (including all contact information) is available only to ProBanker and to the instructor for their particular course.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our web site periodically.

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing or writing us at the above addresses. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them. With respect to cookies: we use cookies to record session information, such as player decisions, and to ensure secure communications.

With respect to ad servers: we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. We have affiliate click-through relationships among our bookshop pages (including ads), but ad servers are not used.

With respect to security: we always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive financial information such as credit-card information, we redirect visitors to our bank's secure server. When we transfer and receive personal profile information in the course of game play, we use our own secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
